Karina started her business because she was tired of HR being seen as the back of house aka the people you only call when something breaks or someone needs to be terminated.

She believes HR leaders are at the table from day one (in fact, she believes we ARE the table). We're growth engineers. We're the ones who see the business strategy and the human side of making it happen.

Structure is how we make growth feel possible instead of terrifying. It's how we build environments where people know what's expected, feel valued, and can actually do their best work. That belief has guided every org redesign, every manager training, and every "Oh no, what do I do now?!" conversation she's ever had.

She launched CultureKrew to bring that new guard approach to founders who are building something real, and who need a strategic partner who gets both the people and the business.
